Cocktail created in the second half of the XIX century. It’s the classic Italian aperitif, it’s part of the Negroni family, but it’s a lighter version without Gin. It’s the youngest of our cocktail range, as it spends two weeks maturing directly in its bottle. It’s infused with Sichuan berries, black tea leaves and dried apricots. It’s easy to drink, sweet to start and with a slightly bitter persistence. The nose reveals the spicy hints of Sichuan berries.
