The cocktail that identifies the project of The Key. It’s a twist on a Negroni taken to extremes. Tequila base, blend of vermouth and bitter. It’s infused with dried caramel and black tea leaves, matured in casks and then for a period in vats. It’s not ready before it’s rested for at least one month overall. It’s a cocktail with an incredible character. The nose tells a story of sweetness, which continues in the mouth before steering towards a tannic and persistent note that never becomes invasive.
